Tastet first pop-up night with Montréal Plaza, Parcelles, and Domaine Polisson

We’re thrilled to invite you to experience the very first Tastet × OpenTable pop-up.

On March 29, we’re launching a new series of exclusive pop-up events in collaboration with OpenTable. For this first edition, we’ve brought together three friends and exceptional artisans: Montréal Plaza, ranked #22 in North America, #12 on Canada’s 100 Best, and Michelin-recommended, will welcome chef Dominic Labelle of Parcelles, the countryside restaurant in Austin and a Tastet Étoilé, along with winemaker Hugo Grenon of Domaine Polisson, one of Québec’s finest producers, whose bottles appear on some of the city’s most celebrated tables.

A pop-up led by people we admire

In the kitchen, Charles-Antoine Crête and Cheryl Johnson will craft a four-course menu alongside Dominic Labelle, finalist for Chef of the Year at the 2025 Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise—a true man of the land, rarely seen leaving his fields to cook in the city. In your glass, exceptional cuvées from Domaine Polisson will be served in perfect pairing, all set within the eclectic décor of Montréal Plaza, one of the most beautiful dining rooms in the city. And of course, with a touch of Tastet.

The Tastet team will be there for a Sunday lunch you won’t want to miss, and it’s an honour for us to introduce you to people we deeply admire: Charles-Antoine, Cheryl, Dominic, and Hugo. Three worlds, united by the same passion for uncompromising quality and the joy of sharing a table. A one-night-only pop-up event — the first in a series of five exclusive meals we’re proud to present.
