The Best Brunches in Montreal: our suggestions

Let’s be honest here…. Brunch is everyone’s favourite meal, isn’t it? At Tastet, we believe that there is no reason to choose between breakfast and lunch if you don’t have to! The only problem: knowing where to find the best of the best, especially in the plentiful world of Montreal cuisine!

What qualifies a restaurant to be on the list of best brunches in Montreal? Of course, flavour is always one of our top priorities, but the beauty of brunch is that it is so diverse! Whether you lean on the side of either sweet or savoury, casual or chic, or decadent or refined, there will be something for you on this list. At Tastet, we love it all.

Here is our list of the best brunches in Montreal. The addresses on this list range from those perfect for a special occasion, those for when you just rolled out of bed and desperately need some tasty food, and those with the perfect amount of charm to impress any guest you bring along. Although we have published many lists dedicated to brunch in the past, this one is devoted to the city’s most quintessential restaurants to eat an amazing brunch.

If you are looking for something a little more specific, have a look at our list of where to get brunch seven days a week, or our list of the best terrace brunches (perfect for the up coming summer season). We also suggest that you check out our compilation of addresses that serve brunch, where you can explore whole range of different restaurants, styles and articles!

If you know of any amazing brunch addresses that we left out of this list, please send us an email at [email protected], and we will check them out!
