ASIASIE Festival 4th Edition: The Asian Market Returns to Time Out Market
The ASIASIE Festival returns to Time Out Market Montréal from May 7 to 10, 2026: a celebration of Asian heritage and cultures through a vibrant festive market, where vendors, artists, community organizations, and the Montreal public come together in the heart of downtown.
“Four days to celebrate the richness and diversity of this region’s heritage during Asian Heritage Month. The festival features a market bringing together more than 30 exhibitors, a series of cultural performances and educational workshops, as well as the active participation of over 10 community organizations, fostering dialogue, visibility, and civic engagement.”
Spearheaded by the non-profit organization ASIASIE behind Pocha MTL and Yatai MTL, the festival will once again transform Time Out Market into a true gathering place, staying true to its original mission: to showcase Asian cultures to the broader Montreal public through food, craftsmanship, and conversation.
This edition invites Montrealers on a sensory journey across Asia, between gourmet finds, passionate artisans, and cultural activities. Two round tables have been added to the programming, bringing together voices from the community around cultural and identity-related issues.
Held indoors, the festival can be enjoyed rain or shine and is designed for all ages. Visitors come for the pleasure of meeting exhibitors and for spontaneous conversations with artisans. Products from various regions of Asia will be highlighted, and the event will encourage exchange and discovery, notably through a variety of workshops.
A festival not to be missed!
