For New Year’s Eve, Verdun Beach is offering a five-course dinner for $100 per person. The first seating runs from 6 to 8 p.m., followed by a second seating starting at 8 p.m. And of course, a midnight countdown is planned!

Expect a stunning four-course dinner in Monarque’s dining room. For $130 per person, guests can choose from scallop and truffle tartlet, foie gras with pear mostarda, venison cappelletti, grilled sweetbreads, striped bass with cauliflower, and more.
