Beauty’s — Beauty’s Luncheonette is a Montréal breakfast institution. Open since 1942 and located at the corner of Mont-Royal and St-Urbain, it has helped put Montréal on the global culinary map.

Sae LowMinh Phat takes over the kitchen at Sae Low for brunch from January 1st to 3rd, then again from January 6th to 10th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. No reservations, walk-ins only! A great opportunity to sample his Asian-inspired creations in this lovely café-wine bar in Villeray—expect a menu bursting with flavour.

La Fabrique — Everything at La Fabrique exudes comfort and conviviality, from the food to the charming décor. Guests come for reinvented home-style cooking, perfect for a simply refined holiday meal. La Fabrique will be open for brunch and dinner on January 1st.

Larrys — Café, restaurant, and bar all in one, there’s very little Larrys can’t do. In its cozy space, you’ll find comforting and creative small plates. Larrys will be open as usual on January 1st, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Lawrence — A true Mile End gem, with an open kitchen showcasing the work of chef Marc Cohen and his team. Lawrence offers one of the city’s best-value tasting menus. With just 15 seats, it’s an intimate and delightful spot—perfect for starting the year on a high note.
