Yans Deli, the new project from Benji Greenberg—former chef of the legendary Joe Beef—offers meals that perfectly reflect the spirit of the restaurant: comforting, thoughtful, rooted in tradition yet looking forward. Ideal for your at-home holiday celebrations. Among the standout options available online is the Bubbies Friday Sauce: 1.5 kg of meat — beef brisket, short ribs and braised meatballs in a garlicky tomato sauce — served with all the classic sides and seasonal sweets. Joel’s Brunch includes, among other things, chopped liver, zacusca, marinated salmon, sides, pastries and fruit. Finally, the mixed charcuterie platter features pastrami, smoked turkey, leberkäse and accompaniments, perfect for feeding a big group over the holidays. Several other great options are available here.
