Limousine, the very first restaurant by Laurent Dagenais, is in good hands with Renaud Lambert, Victor Collette, Peter Mant, Phil Allard, and a talented team both in the kitchen and on the floor. Nestled in Saint-Lambert, this long-awaited project with its elegant and festive atmosphere offers a gastronomic and cocktail experience that lives up to its ambitions. With a stunning interior by IVY Studio, Limousine is a place to gather — whether for a date night, dinner with friends or family, or a business meal — all in a refined and welcoming setting.
The name, a nod to limousines of course, also evokes luxury and celebration. Just steps from Parc du Limousin, the restaurant blends chic and warmth in an ambiance that is both nostalgic and grown-up. With its beige leather banquettes, a striking 20-seat asymmetrical bar, and impressive overhead lighting, the space invites you to dress your best and settle in comfortably at the bar.
In the kitchen, Vincent Monast (Mano Cornuto, BarBara Vin), along with Michel Normand (Hiatus) and Pierre Morneau (Cadet, JJacques, Miracolo), delight guests with creative, contemporary French cuisine. The menu offers refined dishes that balance tradition and innovation, including reimagined French classics and beautifully aged Limousin beef cuts. Don’t miss the Girella d’agneau — it’s flawless. Limousine is also the perfect place to indulge, with an extravagant caviar service, fine cheeses, and meticulously crafted cocktails.
The cocktail menu, curated by the talented Jonathan Homier, fits perfectly with the concept of reinvented classics. The Limousine Martini, inspired by champagne flavors, is a hit with guests, as is the cocoa-scented Negroni — a must-try, in our opinion. Limousine specializes in signature cocktails that stay true to the originals while adding unique touches you won’t find anywhere else.
For Laurent Dagenais, this project marks a major personal and professional milestone. After years of sharing his cuisine through videos, he’s thrilled to finally have a physical space where he can meet guests and let them taste his food in person. “I’ve always wanted to have a cookbook and a restaurant — now I’ve made both dreams come true,” he says with a smile.
The team plans to open seven days a week very soon. There’s no doubt Limousine is set to become a go-to spot for South Shore locals. “Laurent and I are both from the South Shore, and we’re really happy to open something here. The community has been excited to see a project like Limousine come to life,” says Renaud proudly. If you haven’t visited yet, now’s the time — Limousine is ready to win you over.
