For the past 18 years, La Petite Cachée has been a shining star in Mont-Tremblant—an unmissable stop in the Laurentians region. Purchased three years ago by Julie Zyromski, the establishment has managed to retain its soul while modernizing to offer a contemporary, high-quality experience. The restaurant doesn’t try to reinvent the wheel, but it serves a good meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Julie, who returned to Mont-Tremblant after selling her shares in Oatbox, brings with her a strong background in the agri-food industry. After spending a year observing the restaurant’s operations, she decided to renovate and build a new team—all while preserving what the establishment is best known for: unwavering consistency. “We juggle with the seasons,” Julie explains. “50% of our clientele is local, the other half is made up of tourists. Our goal is to be a reliable go-to spot, and people know that here, they’ll eat well at a fair price.”

Chef Roberto Rodriguez has brought his personal touch to La Petite Cachée. His cuisine, inspired by French traditions, blends his own ideas with respect for the classics—like steak frites, rack of lamb, and foie gras. The menu changes twice a year, but these timeless dishes are sure to remain.

The wine list focuses on private imports while ensuring there’s something for every taste, featuring some beautiful appellations. Special care has also been given to the cocktail menu.

What truly sets La Petite Cachée apart is its team. Julie emphasizes the importance of having top-quality staff. “The energy here is amazing. We have a team of passionate professionals who are deeply attentive to their guests. The service is familial, warm, and genuine.” It’s this energy that you feel the moment you walk through the door—an inviting atmosphere that makes all the difference and turns a good meal into a memorable experience.

Psst. Thanks to Charles Bisaillon for the recommendation! 😉

Enjoy your visit!
