In the heart of Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard, Pizzeria Lupi has been delighting taste buds and winning hearts since 2022. The project was born almost on a whim but fueled by an undeniable passion for simple, flavorful, and well-crafted cuisine. For owners Ève Lapierre and Jason Thivierge, it marked a fresh start. After spending time on Anticosti Island, where they worked intensively, they longed to create something of their own. The opportunity to open a pizzeria in Saint-Adolphe felt like a natural next step.

Jason, a baking enthusiast, has always loved working with dough. “It’s alive, it evolves, it demands attention.” This same care goes into every pizza served at Lupi. These aren’t your classic Italian pizzas, but rather unique creations that reflect Jason’s personal style—simple yet packed with flavor. The potato pizza quickly became a signature dish at Pizzeria Lupi—a favorite among both customers and staff. With a white sauce base, it features creamy potatoes, smoked cheese, crispy bacon, and a drizzle of herb sauce that adds a delightful touch of acidity. Honestly, you can’t go wrong—every pizza is excellent!

The side dishes almost rival the pizzas themselves. Special shout-out to their incredibly tender polpettes and their roasted vegetable salad, which won us over completely.

The restaurant offers a diverse and accessible 100% natural wine list, carefully curated. And for beer lovers, the restaurant partners with local microbreweries, ensuring a focus on quality products.

Pizzeria Lupi quickly made a name for itself with its friendly, laid-back atmosphere. With 39 seats indoors and a terrace that can accommodate between 25 and 30 people, the space is intimate. “We do a bit of take-out, but we mostly focus on the dining room experience. That’s where we really want to concentrate,” says Ève. As for the decor, it’s tastefully designed and has evolved over time, reflecting the couple’s tastes and discoveries.

We’ve been hearing about it for so long—it was high time that Pizzeria Lupi made it onto our site!

Bon appétit!
