Gourmet Tours of Chinese Cuisine in Montreal

Gourmet Tours of Chinese Cuisine in Montreal – The TASTET x Montréal en Lumière Gourmet Tours are back, and just in time for the impending holiday season! With the help of your feedback from 2019, the TASTET team has prepared six new and exciting themes for this year’s tours. This time around, you are invited to discover the worlds of saké, “real wine”, hidden bars, Greek cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and Italian cuisine in Montreal.

We knew that we needed to bring in an expert for our Chinese cuisine tours, so we are happy to announce that the extraordinary Chinese chef Suzanne Liu will be accompanying us for the duration of all three tours! Suzanne was the former chef at restaurant Soy in the Mile-End, and is now in charge of Bistro Liu’s delicious Chinese cuisine. With the help of Suzanne, we have crafted a culinary tour of Montreal’s Chinatown that will help uncover the nuanced characteristics of this complex culinary culture. Alongside a Tastet team member, Suzanne will be introducing you to the best gourmet addresses in the neighbourhood, all while sharing her impressive background of knowledge about the cuisine. On the menu: dim sum, Chinese pastries, bubble tea and an authentic Chinese meal.

Here’s everything you need to know.
